Development News Sales Advisor Wins Company Accolade04 August 2009
Sales advisor, Bryony Sands, has won a top accolade at leading housebuilder, Crest Nicholson's annual Sales Advisor of the Year Awards. Bryony was presented with a Bronze Award that recognises her exceptional work at the company's Admiralty Quarter development in Portsmouth Harbour. Bryony won the award for her continued commitment to providing an outstanding level of customer service and her ability to consistently deliver sales, despite the difficult market conditions of the past months. Stephen Stone, Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson, said: “Customer care is crucial in our business, and even more so in a tough economic climate where customers require more guidance and advice about their purchase than in usual circumstances. “We invest heavily in staff training because our research shows that homebuyers attach huge importance to standards of service and expectations are high. Therefore we are delighted to reward key members of our sales team who prove that they have an outstanding attitude to customer service.” Bryony, who has worked at AQ for two and a half years, commented: “I thoroughly enjoy my job and take great pride in doing it to the best of my ability, so it's a real honour and very gratifying to have my efforts recognised by Crest Nicholson. The fact that the properties at Admiralty Quarter have continued to be so popular is testament to the hard work of the whole team, as well as the high quality and desirability of the homes that Crest Nicholson produces.” AQ is also well connected, with train services out of Portsmouth Harbour station, just a few minutes walk away, providing high-speed links into London Waterloo in an hour and a half, and mainland Europe just a ferry-ride away. The development consists of 17 individual apartment blocks ranging from four to eight storeys. At its heart is a private courtyard garden of nearly an acre which conceals underground parking for residents. The 22 storey Admiralty Tower provides stunning views of the harbour and gives Portsmouth a spectacular new landmark. Back to all news stories |
